Do I need to take this ring off to swim?
No. The Round Belle Crown Ring is 100% waterproof, so pool chlorine and sea water are both fine and it can stay on. Coastal salt air and monsoon humidity do not affect the 3-micron 18K gold PVD coating, which is bonded to the 316L steel in a vacuum.
Will this ring irritate skin under the band where sweat collects?
It should not. The area under a band traps sweat and soap, which is where cheap alloys cause redness and green marks. The Round Belle Crown Ring is nickel-free and lead-free 316L surgical stainless steel, so there is no reactive metal sitting against the finger.
What sizes does the Round Belle Crown Ring come in?
It comes in sizes 6, 7 and 8. If you measure between two of those, take the larger size, because fingers swell in heat and after workouts. Worn alone the Round Belle Crown Ring reads as a solitaire; a plain 316L band below it makes a set.
