Return & Exchange Policy:
Priskel.com is owned and operated by Rocksolid Ventures LLP, trading as Priskel. At Priskel, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to assist you with a structured and transparent process.
Return Window
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
Requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible. The 48-hour window is calculated from the delivery timestamp provided by the courier partner. Claims raised beyond this period will not be considered under any circumstances.
Important: Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure fairness and transparency, an unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to:
• Missing items
• Damaged products
• Incorrect items received
The video must clearly show:
• The sealed outer package
• The shipping label visible
• The package being opened from its sealed state
• The contents inside in a continuous recording
This helps us resolve claims quickly and accurately. Claims submitted without a proper and continuous unboxing video may be rejected at the sole discretion of Priskel.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify:
• Items must be unused and unworn
• Free from scratches, dents, perfume, makeup, or visible wear
• Returned in original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
All items are subject to inspection upon return before approval. Priskel reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of use, tampering, alteration, or damage inconsistent with manufacturing defects. All return decisions are made at the sole discretion of Priskel.
Exchanges – Specific Situations
Damaged Item Received
If your product arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours
• Share the unboxing video and clear photos
• Provide your order number
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit. Priskel is not liable for damages occurring after delivery confirmation unless supported by a valid unboxing video.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive a different product than ordered:
• Share the unboxing video clearly showing the item received
• Provide your order number
After verification, we will arrange a replacement.
Size Issues
If you ordered an incorrect size:
• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours
• The item must remain unused and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Re-shipping charges for exchanged items may apply.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Refunds
Once the returned item passes inspection:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI
• Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect. Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or banking institution. Priskel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Personalized or engraved pieces
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards
Buy 2 Get 1 Free – Promotional Terms
For promotional offers such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free:
• All items must be returned together to receive a full refund.
• Partial returns will result in pricing adjustments based on original item values.
• Free items cannot be returned individually.
Sale & Promotional Purchases
Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts:
• May be eligible for exchange or store credit only
• Refunds will reflect the discounted purchase value
• Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange
Refused COD Deliveries
Orders refused at delivery or repeatedly cancelled may result in permanent restriction of Cash on Delivery access.
Lifetime Color Warranty
Color fading or tarnishing concerns are covered separately under our Lifetime Color Warranty policy.
This Return & Exchange Policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Lifetime Color Warranty Policy. In case of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
How to Initiate a Request
Please email support@priskel.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos (if applicable)
• Unboxing video (for damage/missing claims)
• A brief explanation
