LIFETIME COLOR WARRANTY

Effective 15 August 2026.

We have all owned jewellery that looked beautiful at first, then lost its shine too soon — fading, tarnishing, and eventually sitting unused.

At Priskel, we set out to change that. Our jewellery is crafted using 316L stainless steel with 18K PVD gold plating, a modern technique that creates a deeper, more durable bond than traditional plating, designed to handle everyday life.

Shower in it. Sweat in it. Live in it.

And because we stand behind our quality, every piece comes with a Lifetime Colour Warranty.


What This Means

Your Lifetime Colour Warranty covers each Priskel piece for as long as you own it. If your piece experiences colour fading, tarnishing, discolouration, or loss of finish during normal everyday wear, we will repair or replace it.

Normal everyday wear includes showering, swimming, workouts, handwashing, and regular day-to-day wear.


What's Covered

Colour fading, tarnishing, discolouration, and loss of plating finish arising under normal everyday personal use.

This warranty applies to the colour and finish of the piece. It does not extend to structural or mechanical components.


What We'll Do

Where a claim is approved, we will repair the piece, or replace it with the same piece, at no additional cost to you. Each piece carries one such repair or replacement under this warranty. Where the original piece is no longer available, we will replace it with a current piece of equal or comparable value, at our reasonable discretion.

Repairs and replacements are provided in place of a refund. We do not offer cash refunds under this warranty.


What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage, including breakage, bending, denting, scratching, or damage caused by impact, pressure, or dropping
• Wear to clasps, chains, hinges, hooks, springs, threads, or other moving or structural parts
• Damage arising from sustained or repeated contact with chemical agents beyond ordinary domestic use, including bleach, solvents, professional cleaning agents, or the direct and repeated application of perfumes, hairsprays, or cosmetic products to the piece
• Damage arising from improper use, storage, alteration, resizing, polishing, replating, or any repair or servicing not carried out by Priskel
• Loss, theft, or pieces that cannot be produced for inspection
• Stones, pearls, crystals, or decorative elements that have loosened, dislodged, or been lost
• Variation in colour, tone, or finish between pieces, or against photography, which is inherent to the material
• Pieces acquired other than as set out under Additional Information below


How to Claim

Email support@priskel.com within 30 days of first noticing the issue, with:

1. Your order number
2. Clear, well-lit photographs of the piece showing the issue
3. A short description of when you first noticed it and how the piece is normally worn

Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps. We may ask you to return the piece to us for inspection before a claim is approved; where we do, we will arrange and pay for collection. Approved claims are usually resolved within 10 to 14 working days of our receiving the piece.


Additional Information

This warranty is offered to the original purchaser, is personal to that purchaser, and is not transferable or assignable. It applies to pieces purchased through Priskel.com or an authorised Priskel channel, and requires valid proof of purchase.

Once a piece has been repaired or replaced under this warranty, our obligation in respect of that piece is fulfilled. A repaired or replaced piece continues to carry our quality standard and our ordinary customer care, and is not subject to a further claim under this warranty.

This warranty covers pieces held for personal use. It does not extend to pieces acquired for resale, rental, promotional, or commercial purposes.

We assess each claim on the evidence provided and reserve the right to decline a claim where the condition of the piece is not consistent with the coverage set out above.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force on the date of your purchase are the terms that apply to your piece.

Nothing in this warranty limits or affects any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law. This warranty is offered in addition to those rights.

This warranty is governed by the laws of India.
