What This Means:
Our Lifetime Color Warranty covers your jewellery for as long as you own it. If your jewellery experiences color fading, tarnishing, or loss of finish during normal everyday wear, we will repair or replace it.
This includes daily activities such as showering, swimming, workouts, handwashing, and regular day-to-day wear.
What We’ll Do:
If your piece shows a color-related issue covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
What’s Covered:
This warranty includes color fading, tarnishing, discoloration, and loss of finish under normal everyday use.
What’s Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover physical damage such as breakage, bending, or impact; damage caused by harsh chemicals or improper use; normal wear of clasps, chains, or moving parts; or lost and stolen items.
Important Note:
This warranty applies only to the color and finish of the jewellery and does not cover structural or mechanical components.

If you notice any color-related issue, please email us at support@priskel.com with your order number, clear photos of the product, and a short description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
