The details
Busy periods
During sales or new launches, dispatch may take slightly longer because of high order volumes. We'll keep you updated every step of the way, and we promise it will be worth the wait.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on select pincodes and a nominal COD fee may apply. COD orders may need confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp, and repeated refusals may lead to COD being restricted.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or additional re-shipping charges.
Changes or cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once it has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and an unboxing video if you have one. We'll make it right with a replacement or an appropriate solution.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and an estimate is shown at checkout. Customs duties or taxes may apply under your country's regulations; they are set by local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility.
