Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During high-demand periods such as sales or product launches, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Delivery Timelines:
For India, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. For international orders, delivery timelines vary based on destination, and an estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS so you can follow your order in real time. If you need any help, our team is always here to assist you.

Shipping Charges:
We offer free shipping across India. A nominal Cash on Delivery (COD) fee may apply for COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is available for select locations. Orders may require confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp, and repeated order refusals may lead to restriction of COD access.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or additional re-shipping charges.

Changes or Cancellations:
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos (and unboxing video preferably) for faster resolution. We’ll make it right with a replacement or appropriate solution.

International Duties & Taxes:
For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
