Two easy ways to measure

Measure your finger
Wrap a 10 cm strip of paper or string around the finger, snug but comfortable. Mark where it meets, lay it flat and measure the length in mm: that's your circumference. Match it in the chart.

Measure a ring
Take a ring that fits that finger well. Lay it flat and measure straight across the inside with a ruler: that's the inner diameter. Match it in the chart.
