Welcome to Priskel.com (“Priskel”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Priskel is the trade name of Rocksolid Ventures LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ACN-7353, GSTIN 09ABLFR2485A1Z3), with its registered address at H No 148, Barhana-2, Kosi Bus Stand, Chhata, Kosi Kalan, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh 281403, India. Rocksolid Ventures LLP owns and operates this website and is the seller of all products listed on it.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a contract and authorised to use the selected payment method.

2. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Product Information & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images; however, minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the handcrafted nature of some pieces. If an error is identified after an order is placed, we will inform you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Terms such as “waterproof,” “sweatproof,” or “tarnish-resistant” describe performance under normal everyday use and do not cover exposure to harsh chemicals, prolonged chlorine, abrasives, or improper handling. Our Utsav (traditional) pieces are made for occasions and are not waterproof.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers may change before your order is confirmed; the price payable is the one shown at checkout. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order, and a binding contract is formed once the order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch (for example, due to stock unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraud); if we do, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

5. Offers & Discount Codes

Discount codes and offers (such as Stack & Save, first-order and prepaid discounts) are subject to the conditions stated with each offer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and, unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined. We may withdraw or change an offer at any time, without affecting orders already placed.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a nominal fee may apply (shown at checkout), orders may require confirmation, and repeated refusals may lead to restriction of COD services.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Cancellation

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Orders & Shipping policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistics. You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, free of charge, as long as it has not been processed or dispatched.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Guarantee

All purchases are subject to our Returns & Exchanges policy (7-day returns) and our Lifetime Colour Guarantee. For delivery-related issues such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items, we recommend recording an unboxing video for faster resolution; in some cases, additional verification may be required.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content in a way that harms the website, or introduce harmful software. We reserve the right to restrict access in case of misuse.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, product designs and graphics, is the property of Rocksolid Ventures LLP or its licensors and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our written permission.

11. Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant Priskel a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for display and marketing purposes. You confirm that you own the content or have the rights to share it, that it reflects your genuine experience, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

12. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Priskel is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order, if applicable, will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Customers are responsible for the proper use and care of jewellery products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Priskel harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, government action, supply disruptions, or logistics issues.

16. Grievance Redressal

If you have a complaint, please contact our Grievance Officer, Rajan Chauhan (Founder), at rajan@priskel.com or +91 99992 25925. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915).

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to approach the consumer commission having jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised date and will apply to orders placed after that date. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
