If an error is identified after an order is placed, we will inform you and provide the option to cancel for a full refund.

Terms such as “waterproof,” “sweatproof,” or “tarnish-resistant” describe performance under normal everyday use and do not cover exposure to harsh chemicals, prolonged chlorine, abrasives, or improper handling.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. Prices may change prior to order confirmation. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order, and a binding contract is formed only once the order has been dispatched.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a nominal fee may apply, orders may require confirmation, and repeated refusals may lead to restriction of COD services.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistics. While we work with reliable partners, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors, and our team will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues wherever possible.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

All purchases are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Lifetime Color Warranty. For delivery-related issues such as damage, missing, or incorrect items, we recommend recording an unboxing video for faster resolution, and in some cases, additional verification may be required.

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce harmful software. We reserve the right to restrict access in case of misuse.
