All products displayed on this website are subject to availability. Priskel does not guarantee the availability of any product.
We make reasonable efforts to display product details accurately, including pricing, imagery, descriptions, specifications, and availability. However, errors may occur. If an error is discovered after you place an order, we will inform you and you may cancel the order for a full refund. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product colors, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing tolerances.
Product Performance Disclaimer
Any references to “waterproof,” “sweatproof,” or “tarnish-resistant” describe performance under normal everyday conditions. These terms do not guarantee resistance to damage caused by harsh chemicals, prolonged chlorine exposure, abrasives, improper storage, or misuse.
5. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees (unless otherwise noted). We reserve the right to revise prices at any time before your order is confirmed.
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance, but rather acknowledgment that we have received your order. A binding contract is formed only when the order is shipped and a dispatch confirmation is issued.
6. Payment & Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize Priskel to charge your chosen payment method. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal COD fee applies. COD orders are processed only after confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp. Priskel reserves the right to cancel or restrict Cash on Delivery orders at its discretion, particularly in cases of repeated refusals or suspected misuse.
We are not responsible for any bank charges, forex fees, or third-party transaction fees.
7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location, courier partners, and unforeseen logistics delays. Priskel shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures caused by courier partners, customs authorities, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Lifetime Color Warranty apply to all eligible products. By purchasing from Priskel, you agree to abide by those policies.
Claims without required unboxing video evidence may not be eligible. All return, exchange, and warranty determinations are made at the sole discretion of Priskel after review of submitted evidence.
9. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas
Priskel reserves the right to block or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
