Write to support@priskel.com within 30 days of first noticing the issue, with your order number, clear well-lit photos, and a line on when you noticed it and how you usually wear the piece.

We review
Our team reviews your claim and guides you through the next steps. If we need to inspect the piece, we arrange and pay for its collection.

Repair or replace
Approved claims are repaired, or replaced with the same piece, at no cost to you, usually within 10–14 working days of us receiving it.

- Colour fading or tarnishing under normal everyday wear
- Discolouration or loss of the plating finish
- Colour loss from water, sweat, swimming pools and the ocean
- Everyday life: the gym, the shower, handwashing and sleep
What's not
- Physical damage: breakage, bending, denting, scratching or impact
- Wear to clasps, chains, hinges, hooks, springs or other moving parts
- Repeated contact with bleach, solvents, acetone or professional cleaners, or perfume and hairspray applied directly to the piece
- Improper use or storage, alteration, resizing, polishing, replating or repairs not done by Priskel
- Loss, theft, or pieces that can't be produced for inspection
- Stones, pearls or crystals that loosen or are lost
- Natural variation in colour or tone between pieces, or against photos
- Utsav (traditional) pieces, which carry a 6-month Finish Promise
Each piece carries one repair or replacement under this guarantee, provided in place of a refund.

Most fashion jewellery uses a 0.3-micron layer of gold bonded with chemicals, which breaks down with water, sweat and skin oils. We bond 18K gold to surgical steel at a molecular level inside a vacuum chamber.

What we'll do
Where a claim is approved, we will repair the piece, or replace it with the same piece, at no additional cost to you. Each piece carries one such repair or replacement under this guarantee. Where the original piece is no longer available, we will replace it with a current piece of equal or comparable value, at our reasonable discretion. Repairs and replacements are provided in place of a refund; we do not offer cash refunds under this guarantee.
This guarantee applies to the colour and finish of the piece. It does not extend to structural or mechanical components.
Who it covers
This guarantee is offered to the original purchaser, is personal to that purchaser, and is not transferable or assignable. It applies to pieces purchased through Priskel.com or an authorised Priskel channel, and requires valid proof of purchase. It covers pieces held for personal use and does not extend to pieces acquired for resale, rental, promotional or commercial purposes.
Once a piece has been repaired or replaced under this guarantee, our obligation in respect of that piece is fulfilled. A repaired or replaced piece continues to carry our quality standard and our ordinary customer care, and is not subject to a further claim under this guarantee.
How we assess claims
We assess each claim on the evidence provided and reserve the right to decline a claim where the condition of the piece is not consistent with the coverage set out above. We may ask you to return the piece for inspection before a claim is approved; where we do, we will arrange and pay for collection.
Changes and your rights
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force on the date of your purchase are the terms that apply to your piece. Nothing in this guarantee limits or affects any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law; it is offered in addition to those rights. This guarantee is governed by the laws of India. Effective 15 August 2026.

Does the guarantee cover all Priskel products?
Every everyday Priskel piece (necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets and anklets) is covered from the date of purchase. Utsav traditional pieces carry a separate 6-month Finish Promise.
Can I wear Priskel jewellery in the shower every day?
Yes. It is designed to be worn in the shower, at the gym, in the pool and in the ocean without colour loss. That is the whole point of our PVD technology.
Can I wear it in a chlorinated pool or saltwater?
Yes. Our 3-micron PVD coating is resistant to chlorine and salt water, so it is safe to swim in pools and the ocean.
Is Priskel jewellery safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Every piece is 316L surgical stainless steel with a nickel-free and lead-free PVD finish: hypoallergenic and safe for daily wear on sensitive skin.
What is the base metal?
316L surgical stainless steel, the grade used in medical implants and surgical instruments. It is safe, durable and corrosion-resistant even without the coating.
How is this different from a standard warranty?
A standard warranty usually ends after 6 to 12 months. Our Lifetime Colour Guarantee has no expiry date: it covers the colour of your piece for as long as you own it, with one repair or replacement per piece.
