It started with a simple observation. We kept hearing the same complaint from the women around us. Sisters, friends, colleagues. “It left a green mark on my skin.” “I have to take it off before every shower.”
The Indian jewellery market had two extremes: fine gold jewellery that was too precious to wear daily, and fashion jewellery that faded within weeks. There was nothing in between that was genuinely built to last through real life.
So in 2025, we decided to build it. After months of research into materials, global sourcing and jewellery-grade coating technologies, we discovered PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), a process used globally to create jewellery that is 100% waterproof, sweatproof and tarnish-free for life. We curated and sourced the best pieces using this technology, built a quality standard around it, and launched Priskel.
