Priskel’s story began long before the brand came to life. In 1998, our family opened a small workshop called Asha Electroplater, dedicated to the meticulous craft of jewellery finishing. For more than two decades, we perfected the art of electroplating for wholesalers across the country. Every day, we stood behind the scenes, giving jewellery its final shine — yet we kept hearing the same concern from the end wearer: the shine faded too fast, the finish reacted with skin, and the beauty never lasted. Those complaints stayed with us. They pushed us to question everything we knew. They demanded a solution worthy of the craft we had spent our lives mastering. In 2024, that search led us to create Priskel. After years of refining techniques, we discovered what the demi-fine world had long overlooked: PVD Plating — Physical Vapour Deposition. A process where material is vaporised in a vacuum and bonded onto the jewellery at a molecular level, creating a finish that is durable, hypoallergenic, and made to endure. With 3-micron 18kt PVD gold plating on 316L stainless steel, we finally found what we had been chasing for years: a shine that doesn’t fade, a finish that doesn’t harm, and a piece that stays beautiful through life.
